CoachSMART approached me to develop a cohesive brand identity, then translate that identity into the UI/UX of an app we would develop together.

Project Description
Project Description
The brand needed to feel active and distinctive, built to resonate with coaches, athletes, and parents at the same time. I developed a wordmark anchored around the whistle as a recognizable training cue, paired with a high-contrast blue, green, and white palette that signals movement and progress.

The development team then built a functional skeleton of the app, wireframes that worked but didn't feel like a product. My task was to bring the brand identity into the interface, designing a visual layer that turned the prototype into something users would actually want to open.

I started with mood boards and quick drafts to pressure test how the brand identity could translate into a mobile interface. The priority was building screens that felt intuitive at first touch while preserving the brand's energetic, training focused tone.

The Finished design spans over 14 screens across athlete, coach, and parent experiences, with a unified system of color, type, and spacing that scales across every flow, and we are still continuing to create and improve more screens today.
Currently in beta with the development team, targeting public release in the summer of 2026.
